Office Operations Assistant

About the Position

Our company is looking for an Office Operations Assistant to join the administrative support team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The suitable candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and service of visitors and partners
  • Management of incoming and outgoing corporate correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to company departments
  • Supporting the accounting department in basic administrative processes (issuing and recording invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, business trips, and corporate events
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners for project implementation
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical company files
  • Monitoring and managing office supplies

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a secretarial support, front desk, or administrative position
  • University/college degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems (e.g., Softone, Entersoft)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek, very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
