About the Position

Digitech is seeking an E-Learning Sales Consultant with a deep understanding of the HR and Learning & Development needs of large organizations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Training Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the philosophy and capabilities of Moodle LMS, as well as other modern educational technology solutions.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Presenting the company’s eLearning solutions and services to corporate clients
- Participating in meetings to formulate personalized proposals based on L&D needs
- Managing communication with Channel Managers of partner software companies
- Creating and sending proposals, financial offers, and technical descriptions
- Recording and tracking sales opportunities in the company’s CRM
- Negotiating prices, terms, and payment processes
- Collaborating with technical support and production teams for successful project delivery
- Staying continuously updated on developments in the eLearning field
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Training Consultant or L&D Consultant role
- Excellent knowledge of Moodle LMS and the philosophy of open-source educational platforms
- Good knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate, iSpring, Rise, Captivate) and SCORM / eLearning standards
- Ability to communicate at a senior business level (negotiation skills)
- Experience managing CRM tools
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to present, write professionally, and build trust relationships
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Digital Technology, HR, or Business Administration
- Experience in B2B technology solutions companies
- Interest in new learning technologies, microlearning, AI-based learning, and learning analytics
