Work location: Chalandri — As a Support Engineer (Moodle / Front-End Support) in the Front-End Development & Support team, you will play a key role in supporting, configuring, and ensuring the smooth operation of web applications, with a primary focus on Moodle LMS and its front-end functionality.
What You Will Do:
- Moodle LMS support via ticketing, in accordance with SLA, for learners, instructors, and administrators
- Troubleshooting & functional Front-End support for core functionality and appearance (themes)
- Moodle site management (settings, users, roles, enrollments, courses, and activities)
- UX/UI & themes support, in collaboration with the development team
- Documentation of recurring issues (guides, FAQs)
- Accurate diagnosis and escalation to the next Level / Development team for more complex technical issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3+ years of experience in an L1/L2 Support role for web applications or LMS environments
- Experience supporting CMS or web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts for troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Ticketing systems and SLA processes
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for identifying usability issues
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems
- Excellent communication and user service skills
Additional Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience or knowledge of Moodle LMS
- Experience supporting educational or e-learning platforms
- Familiarity with production (live) environments and real-time user support
